Julie focuses on business and strategic planning, project management and leadership development. During Julie’s 22 years of management experience, clients have included the University of California at Berkeley School of Public Health, Lifeguard Insurance Company and the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco.
Previously, Julie worked eight years with Kaiser Permanente in Northern California and held various positions, including hospital and health plan CEO for South San Francisco.
Julie holds undergraduate degrees in psychology and social welfare and master’s degrees in business administration and in public health, all from the University of California at Berkeley. Julie is also qualified to administer and interpret assessments, including the MBTI® and the BarOn Emotional Intelligence Inventory.
