Jennifer Selby Long, Founder of Selby Group, LLC, helps successful business leaders achieve their full potential, initiate and lead change, and skillfully navigate the challenges triggered by external change. The 2011 Past President of the International Association for Psychological Type, Jennifer is a leading expert in the ethical use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®). She is also the author of the first comprehensive study on how psychological type and gender combine to influence financial behavior.
Jennifer also served on the 2010 Advisory Board for the Certificate in Management Program at the UC-Berkeley Extension School of Business, Technology, and Engineering, where she was one of the highest rated instructors in the Extension program. She is a member of the Society for the Advancement of Consulting and Women in Consulting.
