The Western Region Chair of the International Association for Psychological Type and past president of the Bay Area Association for Psychological Type, Jennifer is a leading expert in the ethical use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®). She is currently conducting research on how psychological type and gender impact financial behavior. Jennifer teaches in the UC-Berkeley Extension School of Business, Technology, and Engineering, and is a member of the Society for the Advancement of Consulting and Women in Consulting. She has an MA in organizational communication from the University of Illinois.
