Executive Coaching

Option 1: Executive Coaching
Option 2: Virtual Coaching
Option 3: Group Coaching

“Jennifer provided me with excellent feedback and strategies for how to alter my leadership skills (from directive to collaborative) to inspire rather than drive people to meet objectives. Because of her coaching, I became a senior director after successfully leading the largest cross-functional program in the company, involving many organizations with conflicting interests, and most importantly, I became a change agent without leaving anyone behind.

If you are ready to hear the truth about what is holding you back and are willing to really work on yourself, Jennifer can take you to the next level of where you aspire to go.”

-- Afsaneh Laidlaw,
Senior Director, Customer Advocacy
Cisco

Option 1: Executive Coaching

What if someone told you the truth? This is the job of your coach, to help you understand the truth and act on it to reach your goals.

Your coaching program includes all of these tools to help you excel:

  1. Your coach’s honest assessment of your key strengths, areas of development and potential blind spots, based on feedback interviews and a comparison to other leaders.
  2. Professional interpretation of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Expanded Interpretive Report and the Fundamental Interpersonal Relational Orientation Leadership Report, to help you understand the connections between your personality and your leadership style, which facilitates powerful and lasting growth.
  3. Support in prioritizing your goals and creating a detailed development plan, with direct involvement and support from your immediate manager if appropriate.
  4. Observing you on conference calls, in meetings, or giving presentations --  if appropriate to your situation and with proper NDA and security clearance.
  5. Bi-weekly calls or private meetings, unlimited access for quick questions, and development assignments for you to complete between meetings.
  6. The Executive Coach for Life approach – after your program is complete, you can still reach out to your coach with quick questions without incurring a new charge.

You may choose our traditional program of five months, or our new Blitz Coaching program. The Blitz Coaching program is for leaders who want to condense their coaching experience and catapult ahead quickly. In the Blitz Coaching program, your coach will shadow you for a full week while also conducting confidential interviews, and will provide feedback to you throughout each day. Your coach will also prepare an assessment of your key strengths, areas of development, and potential blind spots and you will work together to prioritize goals and create a detailed development plan -- within two weeks. Subsequent check-ins will be less frequent. This is a much more intensive program, and is also appropriate for leaders who find it difficult to routinely schedule bi-weekly meetings over a multi-month time frame.
