This Executive Development Program is our most-utilized approach. It begins with a confidential 360-degree analysis that delivers a full assessment of the client’s key strengths, areas of development and potential blind spots. Our analysis may also include on-site observation of the client in the workplace.

Throughout the process we fully integrate our analysis with the company’s leadership competency model, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Expanded Interpretive Report and the Fundamental Interpersonal Relational Orientation instruments.

We work with the executive to prioritize goals and create a detailed development plan. Then we continue the process by gaining CEO buy-in and support. Our coaching continues through the execution of the plan to ensure the goals and objectives are met.
