Selby Group’s virtual coach allows employees at all levels to gain immediate answers to their questions and support to help reach their specific development goals.

Our virtual coach includes the on-line Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® assessment tool and direct access to resources which help the client identify likely leadership, communication, and teamwork strengths and areas for development, and provide guidelines for growth.

It also includes a large library of resources, from virtual coaching to book recommendations, which can be used to quickly support learning and development.

The tool can be fully customized by Selby Group on your behalf, or your own internal team can customize this highly flexible tool in-house.
