Our Leadership Development program is a less intensive version of our Executive Development program. It begins with a 360-degree analysis. Then we incorporate the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Expanded Interpretive Report and the Fundamental Interpersonal Relational Orientation instruments into our feedback and the company’s competency model.
Based on this analysis, we create a development plan with the client and coach them through its execution.
