Each group coaching program is custom-designed to meet the unique needs of the company which sponsors it.

We have provided coaching for groups as varied as the entire management team for a security software company, a cross-functional management team working together on multi-year, large-scale technology implementation, and the team of lead operators tapped to run a manufacturing plant after a significant reduction in salaried staff.

Group coaching also includes access to our virtual coach, a 360-degree assessment tool, and all of the leadership and interpersonal style assessments offered to our executive coaching clients.
